Adam Warchalok - Senior Partner

Overview

Adam joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn in 2006 and is a senior partner in the firm’s New Jersey office. Adam handles many of the firm’s larger construction defect and premises liability matters and has significant trial experience. Adam’s skillset was acquired over many years of defending landowners, contractors, and public entities, largely in premises liability, negligence, and construction defect litigation.

In addition to his current practice at the firm, Adam has extensive experience litigating SIU and fraud claims for major insurance companies, as well as contracts, automobile, subrogation, and personal injury claims.

Adam graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1994, where he was a member of the Varsity Football and Baseball team. He received his law degree from Villanova University in 1998, and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Adam is an avid reader, traveler, and scuba diver.
