Overview
Austin joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, LLP in 2023, and is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Austin has experience working on a wide variety of cases, such as premises liability, construction, fire damage, and automobile accidents. He has also taken part in a wide array of on-site inspections, working closely with third-party investigators.
Austin received his B.A. from the University of Maryland at College Park and his J.D. from New York Law School, where he was a member of the Sports Law Society and learned effective skills in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. As Austin was in his first year of law school during the COVID-19 outbreak, he learned the importance of flexibility and collaboration in achieving a common goal.
Austin is admitted to practice in the state of New York. Outside of the office, he is interested in military history and is a lifelong fan of the New York Rangers and Jets.
