Overview
Bailey joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, LLP in 2022. While she works out of the firm’s New Jersey office, she practices in both New York and New Jersey. She is responsible for handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters including general negligence, automobile negligence, premises liability, and labor law matters. Bailey employs a tactical deep-dive into the facts from the onset of a case in order to optimize tender opportunities and provide cost-effective litigation strategies throughout the life of case.
Prior to joining Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, LLP, Bailey was an associate at an established defense firm specializing in trucking accidents and premises liability. She also has several years of experience working on New York Workers’ Compensation cases. She received her law degree from Rutgers Law School and her undergraduate degree from the Columbia University.
Bailey is a die-hard Mets fan, and enjoys golfing and snowboarding in her free time.
