Overview
Danielle joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, LLP, in 2018, and is a partner in the firm’s New Jersey office. She has over twenty years of litigation experience in civil defense matters. Her areas of expertise include insurance coverage disputes and the defense of insurers and their insureds in a variety of matters including general negligence, premises liability, product liability, construction and other complex litigation. She is experienced in all facets of litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution and appellate practice.
Prior to joining Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, LLP, Danielle was an associate at an established defense firm focusing primarily on general liability, automobile, product liability and school law. She began her career as counsel for a well-known insurance carrier where her practice focused primarily on automobile liability defense work.
Danielle received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from New York University in 1990 and her Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1997. While at Quinnipiac, she received honors recognition for her work with underprivileged clients as a Student Attorney in Quinnipiac’s Legal Clinic.
Danielle has also provided pro bono legal services to low income and abused women as a Volunteer Attorney for the Morris County Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project and for the Partners for Women and Justice Legal Clinic in Montclair, New Jersey.
She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
