Overview

Diana joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn in 2004 and is a partner in the firm’s New York office. She has extensive experience with New York Labor Law, automobile liability, premises liability, and property damage claims, as well as complex coverage issues.

Diana began her legal career in 1996 as an aide to New York City Minority Leader, Thomas V. Ognibene, in which she was responsible for organizing political forums and fundraisers and working with constituents to resolve concerns. She later worked for Greater New York Insurance Companies as in-house counsel, responsible for managing litigation in important negligence and product liability cases from inception through trial and settlement. Prior to law, Diana worked for Senator Serphin Maltese and for the New York State Department of Law, in the Real Estate Finance Bureau.

She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University in 1993 and her law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996. Diana was admitted to practice in New York in 1997. She currently resides in Staten Island and has great interest in government and political affairs.
