Overview
Joseph joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, LLP in 2022 and is a partner in the firm’s New Jersey office.
Joseph has been litigating civil defense matters for over 30 years and has considerable trial experience. He has concentrated on a wide array of insurance defense areas including automobile negligence, general liability, product liability as well as first and third-party insurance coverage disputes. He has successfully handled appeals before the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court and has obtained reported decisions in the areas of the verbal threshold defense and insurance policy interpretation.
Joseph graduated from Rutgers University in 1983 and received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 1986. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey State and Federal Courts.
