Overview
Kendel joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn in 2002 and is an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office. She has over 20 years of litigation experience. Kendel has focused a majority of her practice on defending general negligence, premises liability, automobile negligence and personal injury cases. She works with clients from the onset of litigation to conclusion, coordinating legal strategy, conducting discovery and depositions and retaining experts. Kendel successfully resolves cases through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and motion practice. She has served several leading insurance carriers, including American Family Home Insurance Company, RLI Insurance/Mt. Hawley Insurance and Allstate Insurance Company.
Prior to joining Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, Kendel began her career in private practice focusing on automobile negligence litigation. She also spent time working as a judicial intern for the Superior Court of Delaware. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Delaware in 1996 and her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999. While at Seton Hall University of Law, she worked as a Student Attorney for Seton Hall Center for Social Justice. Kendel is admitted to practice in New Jersey State Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
