Overview
Terrence McNamara is a litigator with 25 years of experience. While currently practicing personal injury defense and Labor Law litigation across both New York and New Jersey, his career has spanned a wide breadth of subject matter. He has spent years at a time practicing birth trauma medical malpractice, criminal defense, appellate advocacy, civil rights litigation, and plaintiff’s side personal injury.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, he worked for the New York State Assembly’s Ways and Means Committee as an analyst, and was a Graduate Assistant in Political Science working on congressional voting pattern research. While practicing full time, he returned to undergraduate studies in Biochemistry, and earned his admission to the Patent Bar.
When not practicing law, he spends his time lifting, cycling, hiking, kayaking, and rooting for his Buffalo Bills and Michigan State Spartans.
