Overview
Bill joined Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn in 2006 and is a partner in the firm’s New York office. He handles various high profile and large exposure New York State Labor Law cases, as well as a multitude of commercial, employment-related, transactional, and real estate matters. Additionally, Bill currently heads up the firm’s defense of a major New York City commercial property owner in over 2,000 cases brought by parties alleging injuries as a result of the September 11th terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
Prior to law, Bill traded fixed income and government securities including treasury bills and repurchase agreements for Prudential-Bache Securities in New York. He graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1984 and New York Law School in 1994.
Bill is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey, and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
