Prior to joining Goetz Schenker Blee & Wiederhorn, LLP, James worked in civil defense representation of trucking corporations and delivery carriers, focusing on motor vehicle accident cases and regulatory compliance. James’s legal career also included practicing in criminal defense, where he handled a wide array of cases from white-collar crimes, criminal conspiracies, and municipal matters. Prior to practicing, James served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Candido Rodriguez, Jr., J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior Court for Union County.
